Shipping & Returns
Each planner is made to order, by hand, in our shop by our owner. Keep the shipping and processing time in mind when choosing your planner start date.
Orders can not be canceled or changed once placed. If you need to update your address, please email ViaSwiftCreations@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
After placing an order, orders typically will ship from our facility in 9-21 business days after processing/production times. Our processing time varies by the season & demand, so processing times can fluctuate.
Planners are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated processing time, please email us at ViaSwiftCreations@gmail.com.
Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same issue; this duplication will cause us to create multiple tickets for the same issue and will cause confusion for our team.

Automatic Start Date Updates
There are times when we may receive an order that has not considered processing time or processing takes longer than our estimate.
If you chose a planner start date that we believe will have some outdated pages, we may reach out to confirm the selected start date.
All of our planners start at the beginning of the month selected.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns. No cancellations. Exchanges only on damaged items .
Since each Busy Boss Product is made to order, our current policy only allows for exchanges on damaged goods only. We do not offer cancellations or changes on orders. Processing times are the best estimate on when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons. Delays in processing are not causes for cancellations as we provide our best estimate.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at ViaSwiftCreations@gmail.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner.
Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of a Busy Boss Shop Product and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product.
