Can I pick up my order?

No. Currently, we do not offer a pick up option to our customers.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you just placed an order, please email us right away to with your order number and the requested address change. Once your order is in process, we have a small window of time where we can update your address before it heads to our shipping department. Please keep in mind that in some cases, we may be unable to update your shipping address. Thank you for understanding.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
